Apparently, I will also be attending AWA this year, but only on Saturday and Sunday.  I still haven't gotten a vendor table yet (as I can't plan that far ahead due to my husband's work schedule), but I'm hoping to before the end of the year, or the end of the first quarter next year for Nashville/Atlanta Anime Day, and possibly MoMoCon. I decided to try out another form of art - sewing!  I made four costumes - three Sailor Senshi outfits (Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus), plus a White Mage robe.  (And a Tuxedo Mask cloak, but that just consisted of a few straight lines and a LOT of fabric.) I actually ruined my sewing machine.  Granted, it was a very cheap one, but it did what it was bought for - to teach me how to sew!  Turns out, if you've taken enough physics classes, you have the three dimensional reasoning needed to put a pattern together in your head.  Who knew, right?
